A week ago we launched crewfiction's first author giveaway. 14 romance authors, one curated landing page, mandatory promotion from everyone.

Here's what's happened so far: 900+ readers have joined, and participating authors are averaging 200-400 new subscribers each. The giveaway still has two more weeks to run.
